Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition in which you received it

• Unworn and unused

• With all original tags attached, if applicable

• In its original packaging, where applicable

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at ttheemiloo@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the situation and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods

• Personalized or customized products

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons

• Gift cards

• Final-sale or clearance items, when clearly identified as such at the time of purchase

Return Shipping

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or variation, the fastest option may be to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order after the return has been approved.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and the applicable exceptions.

This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy. Where applicable, the statutory rights provided by EU consumer protection laws will apply.

Returned products must generally be in accordance with applicable legal requirements regarding their condition, use, packaging, and depreciation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

International Returns
